More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
